Dr. Miola is a psychiatrist and researcher at the Department of Neuroscience, University of Padua. He specializes in systemic and family-oriented psychotherapy and has collaborated on international research projects with Mayo Clinic (Rochester, MN, USA) and McLean Hospital (Belmont, MA, USA). His research focuses on emotional processing in bipolar disorder, suicidal behavior, neurobiology, and clinical psychopharmacology.

He has received prestigious awards, including the SOBP Travel Fellowship and the ASCP New Investigator Award. Dr. Miola is also the founder of S2M srl and the Konekta platform.
