Sanja Andrić Petrović, MD, PhD, is a psychiatrist at the Clinical Department for Psychotic Disorders of the Institute of Mental Health (Belgrade, Serbia) and a clinical teaching assistant in the field of psychiatry at the Faculty of Medicine University of Belgrade (Serbia).
Her main research interests so far have included psychosis spectrum and affective disorders with an emphasis on examining the possibilities for their early recognition and timely intervention (searching for biomarkers and intermediary phenotypes). Additionally, she has also conducted research in the field of psychopharmacology with the focus on investigating and improvement of the psychotropic drugs’ prescribing practices.
